This Addendum No. 6 is being issued to allow more time for Bidders to respond to the ITB and because Authority is waiting on a Fire Protection Report that may impact the Drawings. The Close Date and Time is now August 31, 2026, at 3:15 PM (PT) , and the Bid Opening is now August 31, 2026, at 3:30 PM (PT) . This Addendum No. 5 is being issued to allow more time to respond to the remaining question and for Bidders to respond to this ITB. The Close Date and Time is now July 24, 2026, at 3:15 PM (PT) , and the Bid Opening is now July 24, 2026, at 3:30 PM (PT) . This Addendum No. 4 is being issued to allow more time to respond to the remaining question and for Bidders to respond to this ITB. The Close Date and Time is now July 10, 2026, at 3:15 PM (PT) , and the Bid Opening is now July 10, 2026, at 3:30 PM (PT) . This Addendum No. 3 is being issued to provide the sign-in sheet from the Pre-Bid Conference and Job Walk in the "Attachments" tab of this ITB. Attribute No. 14 is revised to clarify that copies of bid bonds may be submitted online with the bid, with originals to be provided to the Purchasing Department upon request.
