Consultant Selection for Human Capital Management (HCM)/Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority ("LVCVA" or "Authority") seeks to engage a Consultant to advise and support the procurement of a new Human Capital Management (HCM)/Human Resource Information System (HRIS) solution to support comprehensive human resources and payroll functions. The engagement is intended to help the Authority define requirements, identify appropriate software options, conduct a competitive software solicitation or request for proposals (RFP), evaluate vendors, support contract negotiations, and assess functional fit.
