Energy Performance Services

In accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes NRS 332.351 and NRS 332.360, the City of Boulder City (“the City”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested and qualified firms on the state of Nevada’s prequalified list of energy services companies. The City is seeking to select one of these vendors to provide professional services necessary to conduct an in-depth Financial-Grade Operational Audit (FGOA) to identify energy efficiency measures prior to executing a Performance Contract. This process allows the City of Boulder City to solicit proposals from qualified energy service companies listed under NRS 332.353(1) and (2), for projects involving performance-based energy savings contracts.
