Housing Needs Assessmene and Action Plan

The City of Boulder City (“City”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from experienced Respondents to prepare a focused Housing Needs Assessment and analysis to access viable options for meeting the City’s current and future housing needs. This Housing Needs Assessment will provide direction on future policy decisions to facilitate the development of housing options that better serve families and the middle class within our community.
