Development of Recreational Vehicle and Trailer Storage Storage Facilities

The City of Boulder City, Nevada, a municipal corporation located at 401 California Avenue, Boulder City, Nevada is seeking Proposals from highly qualified Respondents who are knowledgeable about and have the ability to plan, finance, develop, construct and operate a recreational vehicle, boat and trailer storage facility to lease property from the City for such purpose. The successful Respondent(s) will be an integral part of continuing the City’s efforts to provide additional storage facilities for local and regional owners of recreational vehicles and will be expected to conduct their activities in compliance with the highest standards.
