Consultant Selection for Human Capital Management (HCM)/Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

This Addendum No. 1 is being issued to extend the deadline for responses to this RFI. The revised Close Date and Time is September 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. In addition, a standard Professional Services Agreement (“PSA”) has been posted in the "Attachments" tab of this RFI for your review. You may submit, with your RFI response, a separate one-page document identifying any requested exceptions to or modifications of the standard PSA. This one-page document will not count toward the 15-page limit applicable to RFI responses. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority ("LVCVA" or "Authority") seeks to engage a Consultant to advise and support the procurement of a new Human Capital Management (HCM)/Human Resource Information System (HRIS) solution to support comprehensive human resources and payroll functions. The engagement is intended to help the Authority define requirements, identify appropriate software options, conduct a competitive software solicitation or request for proposals (RFP), evaluate vendors, support contract negotiations, and assess functional fit.
