2027 Professional Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to solicit interest from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide professional services to the Township of Holmdel, specifically for the titles set forth in the Public Notice, with accompanying descriptions set forth herein. A qualified firm(s) and/or individual(s) will be selected through a competitive, quality-based, fair and open process at the sole discretion. of the Township. If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements ofN.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov portal with all mandatory forms and certifications, and will be evaluated based on experience, qualifications, knowledge of the Township, ability to perform the work promptly, and cost. The Township reserves the right to reject proposals, disclose submitted materials under public records laws, and require successful bidders to execute its standard professional services contract.
