NYARNG PHA IDIQ

The solicitation W912PQ26QA031 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, NY. All quotes must be submitted by email to dolan.p.brammer2.civ@army.mil and melissa.santoro2.civ@army.mil by 27 August 2026 9:00 am E.T. These quotes shall conform to the requirements of 52.212-1 listed in the solicitation. The Government will not accept partial quotes/offers. Award will be made without discussions. Award will be made based on price and other factors shown below. All pricing must be provided, this requirement will not be split. Wage Determination 2015-4187 (Westchester) and Wage Determination 2015-4143 (Albany) applies and is attached. (8) Attachments : 2 Wage Determinations, PWS, Protest Contact Info, Special IDIQ Contract Requirements, Pricing Sheet, Evaluation Factors, and Solicitation. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. The solicitation and all amendments are on www.SAM.gov Contracting Oppurtunities. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
