Notice of Intent- Sole Source to TRANE INC.

Update server and system controls and integrate units into current Trane SC+ control system. All current controllers are manufactured and programmed; as well as the software that monitors the HVAC system; is built by Trane's Tracer systems which is a proprietary from Trane. Trane has full proprietorship on the current controller system which needs to be upgraded and integrated into their EMCS SC+ system, they do not re-sell to third parties. Sole Source due to only one provider is authorized to provide maintenance and system upgrades to the currently installed equipment.
