The objectives of this project are to rehabilitate the dam to meet or exceed state and federal dam safety criteria and to maintain the current level of flood protection provided by Assunpink Creek Watershed Dam Site # 8 by implementing the established design for rehabilitation. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237990 The small business size standard is $40M.
