Description
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to solicit offers to obtain Roofing Repair Services for the Division of Facility Management which includes routine minor and major roof leak repairs and emergency repairs to various types of roofs throughout the State Government Complex. This contract will function as an Agency Specific Contract, where no minimum or maximum quantities or services are guaranteed. Orders will be placed at the time of need at the awarded Vendor’s proposed rates. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract.
