Description
North Carolina Department of Administration (DOA), Facility Management Division (FMD) is seeking to contract with a qualified vendor(s) for Window Cleaning Services in accordance with the Scope of Work specified in this Invitation for Bid (IFB) on an as needed basis. This contract will function as an Agency Specific Contract, where no minimum or maximum quantities of services are guaranteed. Orders will be placed at the time of need at the awarded Vendor’s proposed rates. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto.The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract.
