The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to seek pricing from qualified Vendor(s) to furnish and deliver Orange/Blue Reversible Plastic Trash Bags on an ‘as needed’ basis for the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). NCDOT distribute bags to Participants in the Adopt A Highway program managed through the Governors Highway Safety Council. These bags are dual colored so the bags can be used for regular trash or recycled items collected.
