NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with B2B Direct Sales, Inc. under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(A), "Urgent & Compelling" Sole Source. Urgent request to diagnose, repair, and restore the operation of 3 Daikin VRV CU units located at Kaibeto Boarding School. All 3 HVAC units are in system failure affecting Wings A, C, and D on school campus creating increasingly difficult and potentially unsafe temperature conditions. The anticipated lead time is 10 to 14 days. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered regarding this requirement.
