Family Assistance Program Alcona Iosco Counties Geographic Area: Alcona and Iosco Counties The purpose of this RFP is to solicit for a Contractor to provide Family Assistance Program (FAP) Services. FAP services offer modeling and demonstrations to families in the following areas: child nurturing, home management, nutrition, transportation, support attending hearings and medical appointments and support utilizing community resources and Infant Safe Sleep practices as necessary.
