Family Assistance Program Alcona Iosco Counties Geographic Area: Alcona and Iosco Counties The purpose of this RFP is to solicit for a Contractor to provide Family Assistance Program (FAP) Services. FAP services offer modeling and demonstrations to families in the following areas: child nurturing, home management, nutrition, transportation, support attending hearings and medical appointments and support utilizing community resources and Infant Safe Sleep practices as necessary. The awarded contractor will also provide Parenting Time support as needed to reduce the risk of child abuse and/or neglect and out-of-home placement.
