The Board of Commissioners for Charles County seeks qualified contractors to prepare contract drawings and specifications, obtain all applicable permits, and provide construction engineering services for the proposed upgrades of the Aerated Sludge Holding Tanks. This initiative is in direct response to the County’s need for their aerated sludge holding tanks to achieve three days of storage at 20 MGD ADF.
