The purpose of this requirement is to acquire an updated voice communications system—complete with necessary equipment and maintenance support—to support various MARFORRES Home Training Centers. The incoming system will replicate the current operational standards established by AT&T and includes Layer 1 physical infrastructure upgrades for locations that need cable run extensions.
