This is a non-personal services contract to provide wireless internet services to the permanent party dorm campus on Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. Amendment 1 is to incorporate updated attachments and extend offer due date. Amendment 2 is to incorporate updated attachments with floor plans.
