Reservoir Information The reservoir is located at 555 Stoneridge Drive, Lawrence, Kansas 66049. It is a 1,500,000-gallon composite style potable water reservoir that was constructed by Landmark Structures in 2008. Approximate dimensions are as follows: tank diameter of 84-feet, high-water level of 100-feet, low-water level of 60-feet, and an overall height of 105-feet. This project includes the following work: Miscellaneous maintenance such as installation of a grab post on the roof to improve climbing in and out of the drywell tube, properly fastening the roof vent, and replacing several gaskets. Spot repairing the interior wet and interior dry area coatings and power washing and overcoating the exterior.
