Justification and Approval 24-88 for Sole Source Utility Service Contract

Approval is requested to negotiate and award a sole source utility service contract with Imperial Irrigation District (IID) to provide electric and water services to Navy and Marine Corps installations located in IID?s franchise area within the NAVFAC SW area of responsibility. This is a firm-fixed price contract for a term of ten years. This contract will be funded with Operations and Maintenance funds of the appropriate year.
