J041--After Hours Emergency Service Calls VA Fresno VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) Two Year IDIQ Request

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to issue a solicitation for after hours HVAC and refrigeration support services. This upcoming requirement will provide qualified contractor support to perform emergency, urgent, and unscheduled HVAC and refrigeration services outside the VA s normal business hours. Coverage includes evenings, nights, weekends, and federal holidays. Contractor personnel shall be fully trained, certified, and experienced in servicing, repairing, troubleshooting, and restoring commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems essential to maintaining VA facility operations. The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the required services in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations. This Pre Solicitation Notice is issued for planning and informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The full solicitation containing performance requirements, response expectations, and submission instructions will be released on or after the posting date listed above. Interested vendors are encouraged to monitor the posting system for updates and the formal release of the solicitation package. Expected issuance of solicitation will be on or around July 23, 2026.
