Western Waterproofing Change Order

The Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a change order with Western Waterproofing to extend the end date to December 31, 2021. COVID-19 caused the start of this project to be delayed and with possibility of additional shut downs, it is in the best interest of the State to extend the end date. This is authorized under 720 ILCS 5/33E-9.
