Description
The Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a change order with Western Waterproofing for necessary improvements to drainage piping and repair to a double tee stem that is deteriorating. These changes were unforeseen at the time of contract execution. This is authorized under 720 ILCS 5/33E-9.
