South 40 Traffic Improvements

The project is located at the intersection of IL Route 59 and English Rows Avenue in the City of Naperville, Will County, Illinois. The scope of the project includes construction of a a new entrance on the east leg of the intersection with approximately 430-feet of temporary road heading east from the intersection. Additionally, construction of a southbound left-turn lane and northbound deceleration/right-turn lane on IL Route 59 are included. Items of work consist of the following: earth excavation, PCC pavement removal, sidewalk removal, curb and gutter removal, tree removal, HMA and PCC pavement installation, PCC sidewalk installation, curb and gutter installation, coarse aggregate installation, PCC driveway pavement installation, PCC median installation, storm sewer removal and connection, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the Plans and described herein.
