LRS 24IT023002 Sole Source

The Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a sole source contract with Levi, Ray, and Shoup, Inc. for $386,251. This contract is for an annual license agreement needed in order for SOS to control, track, assign, make changes to programming, and remote to printers within ILSOS.
