LRS 24IT023002 Sole Source

The Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a sole source contract with Levi, Ray, and Shoup, Inc. for $386,251. This contract is for an annual license agreement needed in order for SOS to control, track, assign, make changes to programming, and remote to printers within ILSOS. See attached sole source justification for additional details.
