SAN Storage for Power 11 environments

ILSOS is entering into a sole source change order with IBM for P11 Storage. A SAN was needed for the original P11 purchase but was missed. P11 servers will not work without the SAN. The change order amount is $524,133.02. See attached SSJF for additional details.
