IBM Mission Critical Maintenance Coverage Sole Source

ILSOS is entering into a sole source agreement with IBM to provide hardware maintenance on mission critical IBM equipment running our IT environment. The contract has a term of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 dollar amount of $126,323.28. See the attached sole source justification for additional details.
