IBM Mission Critical Maintenance Coverage

ILSOS is entering into a sole source agreement with IBM to provide hardware maintenance on mission critical IBM equipment running our IT environment. The contract is estimated to start July 5, 2022 for a dollar amount of $352,434.39. See the attached sole source justification for additional details.
