The Illinois Department of Natural Resources has purchased property for a total of 242.745 acres from Wetlands America Trust, Inc. (Ducks Unlimited) for $885,000. The property is in Woodford County, Woodford Conservation Area, Parcel 303-6. Closing Date December 27, 2018. Property Map and Legal Descriptions are attached. 30 ILCS 500/1-10( b)( 6) requires Agencies to publish a notice in the Procurement Bulletin when it purchases land with a value greater than $25,000.
