27.02 Disposition of Real Property Solicitation of Proposal Rochester Community Schools (Owner) is the owner of approximately 4.34 acres of real property situated in the City of Rochester, Oakland County, Michigan and improved with a series of structures that collectively comprise the building currently known as the Rochester Community Schools Administration Building, with a postal address of 501 W. University Drive, Rochester, Michigan 48307 (the Property). The Owner is requesting proposals from interested parties to purchase the Property in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). Contact Information This RFP is provided for your consideration. Bidders are requested to confirm their intent to submit a proposal by emailing purchasing@rochester.k12.mi.us no later than July 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM local time. The email will serve as your notice of intent to respond to the RFP. Completed proposals must be submitted by August 31, 2026, using the required proposal form. Due Date of Proposal The Owner will not consider or accept any late Bids received after the Due Date specified within the RFP. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure their proposal is entered completely and forms are uploaded on BidNet Direct (https://www.bidnetdirect.com) before the closing date and hour indicated within the RFP. Bidders shall plan ample time to respond to all requirements and input all requirements. The Owner is not responsible for any delivery delays.
