The Department of Natural Resources has purchased property for a total of 119.787 grass acres. The property is located in Jo Daviess County,Parcel 642-8.The property was acquired from Jo Daviess Convention Foundation for $386,000. Closing Date: August 17, 2018. The property was acquired through the State Wildlife Grant (SWG). The purpose of the grant is to permanently protect 120 acres and create a new Land and Water Reserve.
