CHANGE ORDER NOTICE: an additional 4,643 Cu Yr of "Porous Granular Embankment" (#20700220) is needed. Contract change order is required to increase in the amount of $306,438.00 for a new contract total of $17,035,840.29. 1.83% increase to the original contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time, germane to the original contract and deemed to be in the best interest of the State. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9.
