The Illinois Secretary of State is entering in a sole source contract with the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators for an estimated amount of $4,524,526.26 for the use of AAMVAnet and to access CDLIS and PDPS. ILSOS is entering into this contract without a hearing as allowed in Title 44 of the Illinois Administrative Code, Part 2000, Section 2036 (e). See attachment for additional details.
