The Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a change order with ACF Technologies who currently provides a statewide queuing system for ILSOS. The change order will activate the existing solution to include QFlow's QAnywhere, QFlow Check In Anywhere, and Wait Anywhere Qapps. Change order will increase licensing and add routing of Qapps through the current contract. Change order will increase contract by an estimated $68,155 and won't exceed this amount without a formal change order
