The proposed scope of work is considered an interim repair only and includes installing lagging boards to the existing guardrail posts to prevent water from sheet flowing over the retaining wall and slow down the progression of failure on E. Canyon Road in Jo Daviess County in Section 3, Range 4E and Township 28N. The project is along E. Canyon Road approximately 0.5 miles west of Fiedler Road.
