(6.60-Mile) Design Overlay consists of hot-mix asphalt surface removal, pavement patching, resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt binder course and hot-mix asphalt surface course, placement of thermoplastic pavement markings. The improvement is in the Village of Elburn in Kane County.
