(3.3-Mile) Designed Overlay consists of HMA pavement resurfacing with binder and surface courses, class B patching, cleaning and sealing of longitudinal pavement joints between traffic lanes and curb and gutter, placement of thermoplastic and modified urethane pavement markings. This project is located within the City of Alsip and Blue Island in Cook County.
