Description
Smart Overlay, ADA and APS improvements consist of hot-mix asphalt surface removal, pavement patching, resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt binder and surface course, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, pedestrian curb ramps (ADA) improvements, installation of raised reflective pavement markers, placement of thermoplastic pavement marking. The project is located within the City of Harvey in Cook County.
