Allumbaugh Street, Franklin Road to Douglas Street

This work shall consist of reconstructing the roadway, adding pedestrian / bike facilities, replacing the bridge structure over Ridenbaugh Canal, and railroad crossing preemption upgrades. Contractor is to coordinate with Union Pacific for railroad scope.
