Rural Health Transformation Plan - Rural Health Infrastructure for Care Access

The Department of Health, Behavioral Health Administration, Adult Mental Health Division (AMHD) plans the procurement of integrated behavioral health services, including both mental health and substance use, and expanded mental health outreach capacity.
