Description
The State is conducting an update to the Report through the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands and Hawaiʻi Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Commission (Commission) at the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), with coordination and technical support from the University of Hawaiʻi Sea Grant College Program (Hawaiʻi Sea Grant) and in cooperation with the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development, Coastal Zone Management Program. The update to the Report is due to the public and State Legislature in December 2027. A companion web-based version of the Report and related digital and infographical content is the primary focus of this request for proposals. The State of Hawaiʻi seeks to engage a contractor to develop an innovative web-based Report integrating content from the written Report, to provide infographic design for both the written and web-based Reports, and provide digital content and strategy for a multi-media campaign (including social media) to be implemented by the state to publicize and educate on key aspects of the Reports.
