Right of Way Mowing - Bryan County

1. Sealed bid proposals for the Bryan County Right-of-Way Mowing Contract will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bryan County Public Works Building, located at 290 Fort McAllister Road, Richmond Hill, GA 31324 at 2:30 P.M. on Thursday September 24, 2026. Prior to the bid opening sealed bids may be delivered to the Public Works Office located at the above address Monday - Friday during normal business hours from 7:00 A.M to 3:30 P.M. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at the address above. 2. Bryan County is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified Contractors to provide right-of-way mowing services. The Contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary in the performance of this bid. Bryan County does not guarantee a minimum value for this contract. This contract will consist of mowing and maintaining 120 miles (240 lane miles) of County rights-of-way (9) nine times per year (monthly). This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify a qualified contractor with a proven successful performance record of the services specified in this RFP. 3.
