Description
Sealed bid proposals for the Bryan County Fuel Island Replacement Project will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bryan County Public Works Building, located at 500 Ledford Street, Pembroke Georgia 31321 at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday October 1, 2026. Prior to the bid opening sealed bids may be delivered to the Public Works Office located at the above address Monday - Friday during normal business hours from 7:00 A.M to 3:30 P.M. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, September 21, 2026, at the address above. Bryan County is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified contractors to provide, construction, and delivery of a replacement fuel island including a new above ground 12,000 split fuel tank, (2) dual hose dispensers, full integration with the County's existing fuel management system and the proper abandonment of the existing fuel tanks. The fuel island is located at the Bryan County Public Works Facility, 500 Ledford Street, Pembroke Georgia. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify qualified contractors with a proven successful performance record of the services specified in this document. Respondents shall propose the best, most experienced and qualified design-built team for the construction of said fuel island. Respondents will be responsible for all aspects of design, bidding, construction, construction administration, commissioning and delivery of the facility in a turnkey manner.
