The DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority (DRLBA) is soliciting sealed quotes from qualified contractors for demolition, debris removal, and site restoration services for a residential structure located at 3298 Blanton Drive, Scottdale, Georgia 30079 (Parcel ID 18 046 04 111). The property is a 696 sq. ft. single-family residence built in 1953 with one bathroom. Scope of work includes demolition of the residential structure and associated improvements; removal and lawful disposal of demolition debris; foundation removal, where required; site grading and stabilization; erosion control measures; and full restoration of the site to the conditions specified in the quote documents. Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. A mandatory Pre-Site Visit will be held Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the project address. Attendance is mandatory. The visit is limited to exterior visual observation only; no entry onto the property, into any structure, or disturbance of site conditions is permitted without DRLBA authorization. Sealed quotes must be submitted electronically through BidNet Direct and/or the Team Georgia Marketplace procurement portal no later than July 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Late submissions will not be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the procurement platform no later than July 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
