#2026-20 Pace Street Floodplain Restoration

The City of Covington is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to perform floodplain restoration and improvement work for the Pace Street Floodplain Restoration Project located in Covington, Georgia. Sealed bids must be delivered to City Hall, 2194 Emory Street NW, Covington, GA 30014, Attn: Maranna Gilbert no later than 10:00am on Tuesday, October 6th, 2026. Bids will be opened at 10:15 AM. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, September 3rd, 2026 at 10:00 am at the City Hall located at 2194 Emory St, Covington, GA 30014. A 5% Bid Bond will be required with bid. A Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% will be required from awarded contractor.
