The DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority (DRLBA) is soliciting sealed quotes from qualified contractors for demolition, debris removal, and site restoration services for a residential structure located at 2692 Johnson Street, Lithonia, Georgia 30058 (Parcel ID 16 152 07 003). The property is a 775 sq. ft. single-family residence built in 1948 with one bathroom. Scope of work includes demolition of the residential structure and associated improvements, removal and lawful disposal of debris, foundation removal (where required), site grading and stabilization, erosion control, and full site restoration in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. A mandatory pre-site visit will be held Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the project address. Attendance is required for all prospective vendors; quotes from vendors who did not attend will not be considered. Sealed quotes must be submitted electronically through BidNet Direct and/or the Team Georgia Marketplace procurement portal no later than July 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
