RFQ# 2026-01 Jackson St. @ SR8 (May St.) - Pedestrian Bridge (PI#0021599)

The City of Winder, Georgia is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide Preconstruction Engineering Design Services for the Jackson Street @ SR 8 (May Street) - Pedestrian Bridge project. This project involves the construction of a 10¿ wide pedestrian bridge extending between S. Jackson Street and North Jackson Street and spanning State Route (SR) 8 (May St.). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify potential providers for the Scope of Services for the project/contract listed in Exhibit I of the RFQ document. Firms that respond to this RFQ and are determined by the City of Winder to be sufficiently qualified may be deemed eligible and invited to offer a technical approach and/or possibly present and/or interview for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in the RFQ document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. The City reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs or Technical Approach, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of the City.
