The City of Tybee Island, GA will be accepting bids for the Solar Installation on the Tybee Island Marine Science Center. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 12:00 PM ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2026, to Aleesha Robinson, at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328. A PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING will be held at 11:00AM TUESDAY OCTOBER 13, 2026 at the Public Safety Building Conference Room (78 Van Horn Ave.) and a Site Visit to follow. Direct all questions in writing to Aleesha Robinson at aleesha.robinson@cityoftybee.gov The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
