The City of Tybee Island, GA will be accepting proposals for the Courtroom/Council Chambers Audio Visual Upgrades. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 11:00 AM ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2026, to Aleesha Robinson, at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328. A PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING will be held 11:00AM, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2026, at the Courtroom (78 Van Horne) all prospective proposers are strongly encouraged to attend. Direct all questions in writing to Aleesha Robinson at aleesha.robinson@cityoftybee.gov The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
